Home All Alone

Great homage to the Home Alone genre, references in every space you look! Puzzles were fun and our GM was ecstatic to help us. Would suggest 4 for this!

I shared this in the other review but I would suggest that Cinema Escape Rooms do same day bookings with discount codes for the escape room enthusiasts. It would have incentivized us to do the other rooms at this location. Unfortunately, their policy is that you have to book your second room right after your first room, which risks another group taking that time slot. Our group ended up only doing two in this location (out of four). As for the room itself, this experience actually exceeded my expectations. The theming of the room matched the puzzles and I loved the Easter Eggs from the Home Alone franchise. The puzzles were of medium to hard difficulty, and we found ourselves struggling in the first room, but picking up momentum in the second room. This would be a good room to do over the holidays or for a family friendly time! I would recommend this room for the nostalgia of watching a childhood movie and for the puzzles.

Family friendly escape room. A good room for beginners. It was a cute Christmas room. We made it out with plenty of time. Did it with three people.

This was a cute, fun spin on the Home Alone theme as an escape room! It definitely got us in the holiday spirit with the set design and decor, and it was cool to see the Easter egg references to the film. We had 2 players so it was a bit challenging, especially since this was my dad’s 3rd escape room. I would recommend having at least 3 or more players so y’all can brainstorm ideas off of each other. The puzzles connected to each other for the most part, but there were some finicky locks or puzzles that didn’t seem relevant to one other. Overall, Home All Alone was a harder room than the other escape rooms that I’ve completed thus far at Cinema Escape Rooms (Ark of the Covenant and Strange Things), therefore; I would rate this as a medium or hard skill level. We had a fun time in the end, and I would recommend this escape room to y’all.

Had a fun time with this room as it’s one of our favorite Christmas movies. Staff as always is first class. Had some unique puzzles that made you think. Good for a group of 2 or 3 but for all Home Alone lovers, you will enjoy this for sure!

Puzzles were very first gen with super cute set design, made use of the space the best they could and most puzzles linked very well to one another.
