2 escape rooms
We did this room together as a family. 2 adults, 1 14yr old, 1 9yr old. Plenty of puzzles at varying difficulty levels. Everyone had puzzles that they could work themselves. Everyone had puzzles they needed help from someone else with. The whole group was engaged and had a blast! The plot transitions in the room were dramatic and exciting. Some physical locks, many electronic mechanisms as well. One mechanism confused us for a bit - we knew what we were trying to do and thought we had done it. We couldn't actually see though and it took us a minute to figure out why that action hadn't completed. Every mechanism did work though with no help needed and it only took us a minute to figure out how we had missed.
Gameplay
Puzzles were numerous and rewarding. I said "wow!" at two different transitions. The whole group was talking about this experience for hours afterwards.
Atmosphere
Very fun! Our kids both commented on the immersive nature of this room. The only inconsistencies were minor - a directional lock on board a pirate ship. There were plot transitions reflected in the environment and these were a real highlight. As fans of the novel Treasure Island, the plot felt well in-line.
Customer service
Staff was very good. They were attentive to when we were looking for help, or when a member of our group was a little lost (me) a hint pointed out a loose end we had set aside and weren't currently pursuing.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
Story
Very fun. Appreciated the nod to Goonies in the Treasure Island theme. If you don't know Goonies, you won't miss anything (but shame on you for not knowing the Goonies!)
Difficulty
Medium
We are low experience in escape rooms, but high experience with puzzles. Had 5m left on the clock.
Game tech
High tech
A number of physical locks, but most of the puzzles were technological.
Ideal number of players
4
The space might be a bit small for a group of 6.
Scary
Not scary
Minimum age
9
Our 9yr old is always concerned about not being able to contribute. That was not an issue here - there were puzzles that were too hard for any of us alone and puzzles that some of us (including the 9yr old) completed by themselves.
Was anything broken?

Accessibility
Low lighting. If your entire party is color blind, that would make one or two puzzles very hard.
