I did this room a while ago with my family, it's an ok room with some interesting puzzle. There is (was hopefully because it's a bit bogus) instant kill action that will get you removed from the room if you did it. We got lucky with it but act with caution and listen carefully to the instructions for this one at least!
Atmosphere
The dark lighting was interesting, but nothing much in this.
Customer service
The guy who led this puzzle actually made the experience better.

4, but 2 people can do it with careful planning.
