This room was really special. We’ve done a good few escape rooms here in Melbourne now, but this was my favourite by a mile. There was so much attention to detail, the immersion was phenomenal (maybe helped that I dressed up, but it was really good). The puzzles were all rewarding and when we thought it was basically done, there was much more! Lots of good tactile stuff, too.
Very good flow, very good logical jumps, all made sense and there was a satisfying and correct answer always.
Truly spectacular. We loved this theme, and there was heaps of attention to detail.
Wonderfully. We went late at night, so it was slightly faster paced at the end getting us out but that’s to be expected.

The room may have an age limit, but a switched on 12 year old could get something out of this for sure. Spectacular set design and visuals.

Only one tiny mechanism was broken but worked later in the room. The GM walked us back through and explained to us what didn’t work right and apologized profusely for the tiny mechanism not working even though it didn’t affect our game! :D

A person with mobility issues would not be able to complete this on their own, but in a group with one able bodied person + two people with upper body mobility would do just fine as it is isolated need.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I was told that a friend had booked an escape room based on the prohibition era, but I was extremely pleased and surprised. You don’t get a traditional walkie talkie if you get stuck, however the GM can flash clues on the timer screen - which we didn’t need as our team of four equally contributed to the various puzzles to solve them. The puzzles are a combination of locks as well as mechanical puzzles across multiple rooms. I was surprised by how much there was. Our GM, Bron, was really lovely and we enjoyed the experience so much that we’ll definitely be back.

This is our favourite escape room to date! We've played all the escape rooms at this venue and loved that this room was a perfect level of challenge. There was a wide variety of puzzles (that involved both thinking and physicality and were both high-tech and traditional) and the multi room aspect of this game really stood out to us. The interior was super well designed and clearly themed. The last room, in particular, had one very challenging puzzle which required a lot of coordination and teamwork -- we would never have imagined it to be in an escape room. The GM, Lance, was also amazing and very enthusiastic. So many things about this room were perfect and we wish we could play it again!

This was a great room with a fantastic mix of fun and quirky puzzles. Perfect combination room. The set has been really well thought out and is high quality!

Solid classic style escape room.Recommended for experienced players that enjoy different types of rooms and not just the flashy techy type.Some puzzles were out of theme.However,the game experience was quite enjoyable.We will sure come back for another one!

What a great room with an amazing beautiful set. You can tell a lot of effort was made to add immerse you into the theme of a speakeasy. Every puzzle in the room itself was in theme with the room and nothing felt out of place. The gamemaster was also great and enthusiastic as well!

Great theming.. had a weird smell inside the building. Game masters weren’t very enthusiastic and had to come in half way through because they realised they put the wrong locks on the wrong doors. Would have been a better experience if the game was set up correctly and if we were able to get clues or write things down.
Didn’t get much of an explanation about how to get clues and staff didn’t seem overly enthusiastic.

Staff put the wrong locks on the wrong doors and had to come in and change them over in the middle of the gameplay which took away from the experience.

Loved the puzzle flow. The vibe and atmosphere was so top-notched along with a super enthusiastic GM. A mix of physical and mental puzzles that make sense. Did this with my partner during our Melbourne trip and was the best among what we tried there.
