Tick Tock® is breaking new ground with PYRAMID PARADOX. We’ve gone overboard designing ultra-cool tech elements you won’t find anywhere else. We’ve also added special effects that at times make you feel like you’re living a scene from a movie- but don’t lose your focus! There are clues to find and puzzles to solve if you’re going to escape before the tomb door is sealed for good. Will you be the hero and save the day, or have you found your final resting place?

This room was quite interesting, but the technology has been overly used. There were several moments where the technology failed us and we ended up losing a lot of time and using up a useless hint to tell us to do what we were already doing. It became quite frustrating as a consequence.

SUPER COOL! the tech in the room was very cool and very unexpected

This room BEGS for 3 or 4 players. We escape with two and 4 or 5 hints. There was a point where you really need 3 people, but we managed. Having a third person would have allowed another person to work in one area while the other two completed other puzzles. It was a fun, tech heavy room. And it was exciting with tech puzzles I haven't see before in other places.
A little worn down but still great.

This room was one of the best escape rooms I’ve done thus far. The theatrics in the room are excellent and make for a very memorable experience. I highly recommend this room.

This room was great. It includes some really cool tech elements. However, parts of the room felt worn and not super polished. Still a good room, but could be on another level with a little TLC.
Linear, and easy to follow.
Sets a scene, I could use a little more detail, but still nicely done.
Definitely some elements I’ve never seen. They have some really fun tech stuff.
A little cheesy, but fine.

This room was so fun. Not overly difficult, but well worth it.

We have did probably in the lower 100s for escape rooms. That being said, this game will probably forever be in the #1 spot. I absolutely love all of Tick Tocks games. Any chance there are new ones popping up we are there. It helps that they have a guy who does all the insane computer engineering parts of each room. The fact that they are not franchise. They get to do some of there own things. I absolutely love the effects in this game.
We probably did this in the early 2019 maybe so honestly I don't remember. I know that it's Egyptian themed which is different. The flow was liner there was a lot very immersive.
So far nothing as come close to what they come up with. I will say it is far advance and sometimes there could be glitches it only happened once in all of the games we played there. It happens we were never upset over it.
If your able to ask if the guy that builds some of these is there. He loves talking about it and showing you some of what goes on behind. Like you need 4 hard drives just to do a certain item.

This was a fairly fun escape room!! I’m always looking for escape rooms with interesting puzzles and solid themes. The pyramid paradox was a fun way to spend the evening with family for sure! Although I did enjoy the room, I wish that there was a bit more narrative as to WHY our group was in the pyramid. Like, what if instead of just finding ourselves randomly in the pyramid, we were a group of students searching for our missing professor, or a group of researchers following the trail of a missing archeologist? It could be that I’m very into narrative-driven rooms, but I think it does a lot for the room. I’d definitely say that the highlight of the room was the unique puzzles, with some of them being tests I’ve never seen in rooms before; however they did cause some frustration. I appreciated that blank paper, pens, and a calculator were left in the room you to use, but I wouldn’t say the puzzles were super intuitive without a bit of nudging (though that could easily just be my group). I wish there had been more of an indicator of what puzzle should have been worked on next, or at least a confirmation at the beginning that the room was nonlinear. Overall, my group got out with about a minute to spare (with lots of help from our GM) and we had fun! It was a unique room that I’d recommend to anyone who likes a challenge! Just remember that you will have to do math!! Haha
