Love all the characters and room for improv. We love a story that lets us participate. This room was a lot of fun and even more so because we did it as part of the saga. I highly recommend playing it that way if you can.

The interaction with the "characters" in this room was so much fun. The puzzles were fairly easy nothing overly complicated. The intro to the room was pretty unique, something we haven't seen before. Out of the two rooms we played here, this was our favorite.

A wonderful start to our trilogy bringing us into a dream world and feeling so magical. We had so much fun and smiled all along the way. Very family friendly but not too easy for adults with experience like us. We loved it!

This is without a doubt the best of the saga. Played the full saga and this one took the cake. The setup, immersion, puzzles, and acting took this game to a whole new level and I loved it so much. The set design and puzzle design worked beautifully together making the experience on a whole new level. 10/10
Beautiful game play with actor immersion and puzzles flow nicely

I played The Saga, this game was the first trilogy, and had a great time. The room was whimsical, charming, and full of personality. I loved the attention to detail in the theming, which made the experience feel immersive from start to finish. The puzzles weren’t overly difficult, making for a fun and relaxing adventure that was enjoyable overall.

The second we began Castle Fluffendor, I knew it was something special. Starting with something I’ve always wanted to see in an escape room, the game was just one wonderful wow moment after another. It wasn’t just the incredible set and effects that made this game stand out. Fluffendor was jam packed with excellent puzzles, hilariously bizarre interactions, and a lot of hidden depth for those who play the other games later on. I cannot overstate the amount of care and wonder emanating from this game - it’s so rare to see a company pull off something that fires on so many cylinders.
The way the puzzles both blended perfectly into the storyline while also being satisfying and challenging in their own right was so incredible.
This was one of the most unusual sets I’ve seen - between the scale, the layout, and the sheer creativity in the design, it was world class.
Our guide(s) for all three games was excellent and performed so well!

Not only was the theme itself original (a perfect blend of the fantastic and the mundane made fantastic), but this was truly a one of kind type of game flow and narrative.
The individual arc and the overarching plot were absolutely excellent.

There were a few fairly challenging interactions, but everything made sense and flowed perfectly.

Everything about the presentation of this game’s world is perfect. You are in a gorgeous set that really feels like a dream; it can’t exist in the real world, yet simultaneously is clearly tied to the real world viewed through the eyes of a child. You are brought into this world with a perfect introduction. And then you have the large amount of characters that inhabit the world. All of these characters and the interactions you have with them range from pretty impressive from a technical standpoint to extremely impressive from a technical (and/or performance) standpoint. The gameplay is also really good, though none of it really stands out. The puzzles are fun, average difficulty, mostly standard escape room puzzles, with some harder puzzles that go on a bit too long. What makes certain moments of the gameplay stick out is when it interacts with the game’s world itself. The puzzles that make use of the great set, or the interactions with characters that turn into puzzles are what I really remember from the game. I guess my only issue is the finale of the main story. There was barely any kind of finale puzzle and the climax of the story was paced way too quickly. However, everything around this climax was amazing with an unexpected bit of theatricality that I’m so happy exists in an escape room and an ending that ties in really well with the other games. This makes the game work well as a trailhead to the Chimera Corp Saga, an experience we did that I will talk about more in the other reviews at this location, as this game had by far the least added as part of the experience. I love this game! Go play it, preferably as the opening of the Chimera Corp Saga. (Full Chimera Corp. Saga review in my Help Wanted review) Escape Artist Greenville Ranking 0. Chimera Corp Saga 1. Dark Lullaby 2. Castle Fluffendor 3. Help Wanted (gap in quality) 4. Starlight Motel (big gap in quality) 5. Yuletide Magic 6. Classified (big gap in quality) 7. Dr. Fratelli’s Cabin 8. Inventor's Enigma
If you’re doing the Chimera Corp Saga it’s funny because they never break character until the end of the last game but they still treat you really well while in charecter.

It’s very linear. It’s cool enough you can still have fun with more people but only about 3 people can actively work on puzzles at once.

I recommend any of the rooms at either location.I would say more than 4 people would start to get in each other’s way. This room was fun and colorful. This room would be better for smaller kids than some of their other rooms.

Another banger from EAG!!! This stands out as an incredibly intentional and unique escape room experience. The scenery and world design combined with the technical elements were interesting and worked so well to tell a beautiful story with an excellent cast of characters. Design and functionality is something to appreciate beyond just the experience. Will, Kim and the rest of the team continue to blow my mind. Considering everything about this experience, this stands at the top of my list of escape rooms!
