Cosmic Crisis

Extremely interactive, high-tech experience which is one of a kind. The sets are amazing, GM's are kind, and puzzles are challenging. The only game where you are SABOTAGING something and not trying to put things together. I would say it is harder for 3 or less people and I would recommend atleast 4 in your party. There is one puzzle in particular that is very hard for 3 or less.

The three of us had fun. :) It was a good first escape game for my boyfriend’s brother.

Beam us up Scotty! Or should we say wake up Hermes! Each part of the space crew plays a critical role in destroying the black hole. There are two parts of this room that really blew our mind that have to do with foil and a voice recorder. The puzzle in the last room is a dexterity puzzle that takes a lot of coordination. Enjoy the mission because not all of you will live to escape. Colton was our game master and he was the best!

Incredibly high tech room, professional quality design, compelling story line that aligned very well with the puzzles.

I’d like to start off by saying that we had a great experience. This being my groups third TEG location, it was probably my favorite just because of our game master and how nice all of the staff were to us. The game itself, has some issues. The clue system was a little broken for us and would sometimes give us clues for things we’ve already worked on or already knew how to do. There were some things that were clearly bypassed for us because they were not operational. The in game audio also just stopped working after about 35 minutes had passed. A really good game, and a very fun concept, just looks like it needs a bit of maintenance.

This game was amazing! You know a game is going to be good when a rival escape room owner RECOMMENDS this room to you after playing their game. The “set” and puzzle designs are incredible and really help with the immersion. Jokes aside, by the time I’m in the second room I’m fully convinced I’m in space on a ship. Then the last room, though nearly impossible with 2 people, was a fun and exciting conclusion to end the game. As I said, with 2 people, especially if they’re short, it may not be possible (see photo below). But by the grace of God, and my grandfather’s genetics, I was able to extend myself like Mr. Fantastic to allow us to escape within the last minute. The puzzles can a bit tricky, but it’s more so due to overthinking than pure difficulty. Overall, I’d highly suggest giving this room a try!

Another great room from The Escape Game. Two of us completed the room with about five minutes to spare. We liked the puzzles starting with the video-game style opener. One minor malfunction slowed us slightly, and a couple of puzzles seemed to go on too long after we figured them out. Especially with two people, a couple of these took a lot of back and forth, when it would have gone faster with more hands. Minor drawbacks to an otherwise great room.
