Red Giant

Red Giant is a game that I liked but would have loved more if there weren’t so many technical difficulties in our game. It was unfortunately a recurring theme in the 4 games we did on the same day at this location, so I guess they were cursed… Multiple inputs didn’t work, electromagnetic waves were jammed so we had to rub pieces on each other to manually activate them, and some puzzles opened the completely incorrect doors on the other side of the room. It was a complete crapshow, but the set was at the very least extremely impressive and immersive. The puzzles were good overall, but again, technical difficulties brought this giant down to size. The reward for winning was worth the trouble.

This was a great game! I love doing an Egyptian themed type room with no deciphering hieroglyphics! I feel like they went out of their way to do something different, and they succeeded. As with their other rooms, this room was immersive with Hollywood style theming. Loved it!

Really enjoyed the room design (Egyptian pyramid) and some of the room features. The puzzles and tasks were pretty easy, except for two - one of which was unnecessarily difficult, in my opinion, and required knowledge not available in the room. The other was visually obscured and required guessing. Made a really enjoyable room a little less so.

Dustin was amazing. Made the game 11/10 Amazing room scenic. Lots of rooms. Ending was awesome ! Best rooms in the area

We were very impressed with the set! We had 6 people which was too many. Not very challenging. I would suggest 2-4. No locks. This was our first room at Questroom. Questroom does lock the door. You have to press and hole the exit button for 3 seconds for the door to unlock. I’m not sure why this is necessary.

Always impressed at the quality of these rooms, and this one did not disappoint. Still very unique though the theme may seem familiar. Highly recommend!

I’m genuinely heartbroken that we only had time to do 2 rooms with Quest Room. The rooms we did are truly special. Exceptional set design and game mechanics. This room had so much to offer and never let up on the excitement. I cannot say enough about how well designed these games are. Do yourself a favor, ignore any spoilers, and enjoy it for yourself.

We are based in DC and did Da Vinci the day before and had to come back to do another room at this location and so glad we did. GM was super accommodating and scheduled us right before our flight. One of the best rooms I have ever been in special effects wise. Special effects in this room were so so so cool. Attention to detail was immaculate and really made the experience special. Will be back next time we are in town!

Well set design, puzzles were thematic and simple. The atmosphere recreates what it's like being an archaeologist exploring what shouldn't be explored. The struggle involved mostly in the light which acted as a hindrance. Headlamps were included for 2 people, but it should be noted that they can be turned on and off manually on the helmet, cool prop for immersion.

Great sets. Props all worked properly, staff is great!
