Bone Chillers Cabin

My wife and I really enjoyed this room. We got out with 12 mins to spare. Yes, the second room is very cool/cold. Bring a jacket if you cant handle a little cold.Yes it is a little dark in the first room but they supply flashlights. It is supposed to be darker in the first room and cold in the second room to fit the theme. I felt the theming on the one was the best of the rooms at Exit. The puzzles were fun and generally fit the theme. We only needed a few hints but they were all things we should have seen but just missed. A mechanical jump scare or two but more spooky/gorey than scary. Good room for 2 or 3 people but might be tight for more than that.

I don’t enjoy this room very much. There were clues that were barely able to be seen, not hard to find, just barely perceptible by a human. That’s not much fun. Also the last challenge was not functioning properly, I ‘solved’ it several times, but the game didn’t register that. While I was doing that, I was in a freezing room, so needless to say, add frustration at the game mechanics to physical discomfort and I was irritated.

Hate to say it—but this was rough. We shelled out $50 a person for what felt like a chaotic fever dream loosely disguised as an escape room. There was zero logical flow, no cohesion between puzzles, and apparently the designers took “keep them in the dark” a little too literally, some clues were hidden in pitch-black corners where even a bat would struggle. I could say more, but if you’re really craving the immersive thrill of standing in a cold room with no clue what’s going on, then by all means, this one’s for you!

Definitely not for beginners. Bring a jacket because this game is COLD. Also be OBSERVANT!!!

There is one very challenging part of the room that can take up a lot of time. Also make sure to at least have 2 people. Definitely don’t wanna do this as your first escape room. AND WEAR A JACKET ITS COLD
