You’re about to inherit a vast historic estate—if you can clear your name of murder. You are Robert Montgomerie, the only remaining direct heir to the Kildermorie Estate and the Montgomerie family fortune. You’re attending a family gathering hosted by your Grandfather, Hugh ‘Monty’ Montgomerie, the 9th Earl of Kildermorie, to celebrate the dawn of the new Millennium. As the guests raise a toast, a scream fills the air…and your Grandfather is found dead in the library. It looks like MURDER, and as the direct heir, all fingers are now pointed at you! Will hidden clues reveal distant family secrets? With the police on their way, can you gather enough evidence and piece the story together to provide your innocence? And the biggest challenge of all: Is it even remotely possible to solve the mystery before the clock strikes 12?

Really fun and challenging puzzles! While nothing was particularly groundbreaking about the theme and the set, this room does an excellent job of using every ounce of space and props and clues in meaningful ways. This does translate to some very difficult (but fair) puzzles that will require experienced teams to solve. Not recommended for newbies, but a great room for enthusiasts who want to test their skills.

We really loved this escape room! It offers a great variety in terms of types of puzzles. There were definitely some more mentally challenging puzzles to figure out, but that made it extra fun.
