This was a horrible disappointment. The concept seemed so promising, but any cool tech aspects they could’ve incorporated were left out. The ending was abrupt, and overall it was just pretty boring
Had to wait 20 minutes for them to set it up

Overall we were sadly disappointed compared to the other games at this location, which we enjoyed much more. I agree with previous review observing that the logic of the puzzles were not clear, requiring leaps of logic that did not quite make sense. Some felt too easy while others were not so much challenging in a fun way but were confusing. Wishing there was more to discover and explore than the one space and felt like with more than two people there would not be enough different puzzles to solve simultaneously. We did not get guidance ahead of time whether hints were possible or how to obtain them if so. Also, tried emailing customer service before booking but never heard back.
Did not have discussion ahead of time to help us know if hints were possible.

Made great use of a small space packed with clues and puzzles. However, like other BrainXcape rooms (especially Haunted Hotel), many of the puzzles required giant leaps in logic. Even with 5 experienced escape roomers (the max capacity), we still weren’t able to escape. The puzzles also flowed nearly linearly, so 3-4 of us were often just standing in the room watching 1-2 of us work on a puzzle. Lastly, the small room was almost unbearably hot and we all walked out of it absolutely drenched in sweat. Ventilation absolutely needs to be improved in the room. BrainXcape rooms all seem to be strong with set design and atmosphere, but their puzzles all need to be reconfigured to be more logical.
A few cool and clever puzzles, but overall weak puzzling with solutions that required some immense leaps in logic. Puzzles were mostly linear and required the majority of the group to stand around while the others worked on solutions.
Like the rest of the BrainXcape games, very strong set design and made great use of a small space. However, the room ventilation was very poor and made the space unbearably hot.
Staff and GM were great as always

3 strong escape room players would be recommended for this room. The max of 5 is far too high given how small the space is and how linear the solutions are.
