The Hunt for the Brightwing Butterfly [Outdoor]

We had so much fun! I can imagine it would be a great activity for a family day out. The puzzles were good fun and the host was super engaged and was really helpful. We were on the back foot for a while but in the end we finished first coz we really are ThoseGurls! Great fun.

I had an absolute blast participating in this event! It’s a brilliantly clever and creative way to explore High Park while engaging in a series of challenging and entertaining puzzles. Initially, I assumed it would be a straightforward scavenger hunt where you simply go to different locations and find answers to riddles. However, it turned out to be so much more than that! The creator has utilized the park's surroundings and various elements within it to craft puzzles that fun. The addition of live actors further enhanced the experience, making it even more immersive. You can genuinely feel the passion and thought that went into designing the entire set. The use of our own devices to navigate and solve puzzles added a modern twist, giving me the same excitement I’d imagine from participating in The Amazing Race. I truly hope the creator develops more sets in the future because I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this experience. It was a great adventure, and I can’t wait to see what they come up with next! A charming gem of an immersive "escape room" scavenger hunt experience! We were delighted to explore the hidden secrets of High Park in our quest to aid Sir Charles Lockwood in confirming the existence of the elusive Brightwing Butterfly. I can't recommend this game highly enough, Hunt for the Brightwing Butterfly is a credit to the Toronto immersive experience ecosystem!

Great example of an outdoor escape room. You are in groups of 1-4, but would recommend 3-4 based on the difficulty and what you need to do. Challenging puzzles, great use of the park environment, and incorporates tech into the experience (make sure at least one of your group has a charged phone, preferably everyone, as clues are giving via an app you download). Highly recommend for a fun afternoon in the park

This was such a lovely way to spend an afternoon in High Park🦋 I signed up to play as a solo participant, but as soon as I got to the second puzzle, I quickly realized that wasn’t the wisest choice 😅😂 Luckily for me, another group offered to include me in their ranks, which made for a more pleasant experience. The ClueKeeper app was used to guide us through the hunt. There were characters to interact with, neat props hidden throughout the park, and fun multimedia elements sprinkled in. High Park is one of the best green spaces we have in the city, so it was awesome to be able to explore the space and look at the park through a new lens. Sir Charles Lockwood was awesome and I am so grateful I got to help find irrefutable proof of the existence of the brightwing butterfly! Looking forward to any other events this company puts together!
