You are being held in a Columbia Jail on your way to the State Penitentiary for the crimes of bootlegging and distribution of alcohol during prohibition. You have one opportunity to escape this small town jail and clear your name from the records! This will take skill and wit, but can you complete all the tasks before the guards return? Step one is getting out of these handcuffs! Good luck!

This room was great and there was a lot to do! If you are in the area and have time, you should definitely check it out. We were a group of 3 but there is a lot to do in this room. Be ready to really work as a smaller group.

Wow, that’s all I have to say, I don’t quite know where to start. I’ll be 100% honest that I didn’t have high expectations for an escape room based in Columbia, but you should never judge a book by its cover. Brent was our host and was very helpful in explaining the room and giving clues that made sense, still gave a challenge but didn’t give it away. We played the Columbia Jail House and were blown away by the amount of details and design that went into these rooms. My family has played around probably a dozen to a dozen and a half escape rooms and would say this one is definitely in our top 3 of all time. It’s not just your average unlock the lock escape room, this is fully immersive!

Typical of a jail escape room, well planned puzzles and linear game thinking. Probably too hard with only two people, we had four in our group. I’d definitely recommend, lots of locks and combination locks.

I loved the experience it was a hard room and fun. A lot was able to be done at one time and the management made the game even more enjoyable!

One puzzle was broken by a previous group that was right before us. It was an elaborate puzzle so wasn’t able to be fixed but it was still amazing and owners handled it well!

I loved this. I’ve done many escapes room and I personally feel like it’s a great beginner one. With some tech and some normal puzzle. The people that own this place are great! Very funny. They will encourage you through your game. ( I beat a puzzle and got “yess go girl”)
