This room wasn’t too terrible in the beginning but quickly plummeted when we solved a puzzle correctly but the door wouldn’t open. Wasted several minutes before the game master helped us out. The last room was hard to navigate and even understand.

This was our first escape experience as a team - my sister and I had done a couple previously and the family decided to do one while we were in Florida. This was an excellent first room experience, we only needed a couple hints and completed the room with plenty of time left - and from there we were hooked! I recommend this room to anyone looking for a fun, moderately challenging experience.
Gameplay
Gameplay was smooth and well thought out, and the puzzles fit in beautifully with the time period the room is set in.
Atmosphere
Set was immersive, attention to the set time period was accurate, and the twist near the end was unexpected!
Customer service
GM was helpful, staff were friendly, and they made our experience a positive one!

This was medium-hard, but it was also our first room together as a team, so for a more experienced group this would definitely be a medium level.

We did not have a good experience with this one, as the wrong puzzle piece was left in the room, which resulted in an unsolvable puzzle.

It was a good room. One of the better ones at this establishment. I’ve played this room twice and I have yet to escape lol

My favorite at this company. Though it is once again very simple for its design much like the other rooms. This one had a much more interesting plot and the puzzles were more challenging with multiple routes to take.

Probably the best room at American Escape, but still not great. Lots of keys and codes, only a few interactive puzzles. Decor was okay. Alright choice if you don't have much else to play.
