10 escape rooms
Very accessible for English-only tourists. The Korean style of escape rooms differs from the US—I visited one other Korean escape room which had the same puzzle layout. There is a linear sequence of numbered puzzles which are given to you in order, and the emphasis is much more on puzzle solving than finding clues. You solve many small puzzles (30 for this room) rather than fewer complex puzzles. Great for a team of 2-3; would not recommend for 4+ because I suspect people will end up standing around due to only one puzzle being accessible at a time.
Gameplay
No particularly novel puzzles. Lots of simple puzzles, but there were so many that it was difficult from the time crunch. All of the solutions made sense, but a few were a bit unintuitive. Unlimited hints, though.
Atmosphere
Set design was really good. The story was very cute and a standout of the room. Only downside for tourists is that not all of the audio is translated. Anything puzzle-relevant has a translation, but we missed a few of the lore bits. There was a short crawling section and a few extended puzzle portions in areas with low ceilings. Also some stairs. Be mindful of that if anyone in your group would struggle with that.
Customer service
Staff was great. No complaints there. Very friendly and welcoming.
