We were two experienced escape room puzzles, and this was a very hard room due mostly to the time each puzzle takes. I don't recommend it if you have fewer than four people in your group. Overall, the puzzles worked as expected and the heist theme was fun. It was an enjoyable room, even if we didn't escape. I've done a few rooms at Axxiom now, and my biggest complaint is the hint system. They are too quick to give hints without being asked, and they aren't really hints; they're answers.

Accessibility
There are stairs that would make it difficult to access for someone in a wheelchair. Several puzzles rely on idrntifying colors, including red/green/brown. One puzzle involves listening to an audio recording that did not appear to have a transcription. Some puzzles are placed at standing room height for an average-sized adult (5' or taller).
