The Candy Factory was overall a fun experience. I went in with some inexperienced players and we did overall get stuck at one puzzle. There were a couple of small issues with puzzles that we had to ask for hints on. It's a fun theme and I enjoyed it.
Gameplay
Overall the gameplay was nice. There were a number of puzzles that were revealed progressively that we sometimes thought we could finish earlier so it sort of narrowed down the actual puzzles available to us as we realized that.
Atmosphere
The theme was cute and fairly innocuous.
Customer service
GM was fine, not particularly enthusiastic. He gave us hints that were helpful but did not over-explain when we asked for them.
Particularly interesting or different

Story
The plot was just simple. Nothing really to note about

A couple puzzles I feel like you need a reasonable height on. But as long as someone in the party is tall enough, the puzzles were fairly child friendly
Was anything broken?
Yes
One puzzle required us to ensure things were put in firmly and we had to ask for a hint for why it wasn't working.

Accessibility
I think color blindness could be a concern so make sure someone without color blindness is in the group. I don't think it entirely blocks someone from playing though.
Easy to find location
Yes
Parking
Medium
There was lots of street parking but it was limited to 1 hour. Fortunately we were at the end of the time restriction, meaning it ended at 6 pm. Apparently there was a parking garage but I didn't see it.
Safety
