6 escape rooms
I was really disappointed in my experience. They were understaffed, the room was run-down (and not in a thematic way,) the GM reset the room incorrectly before we started, and there were no apologies for any that. It took the fun away. I’m grateful I went with someone with a great attitude because it was her first time in an escape room and I felt sad and embarrassed for choosing that one.

My positive review is mostly related to the quality of the props, which were clever, well made and engaging. Unfortunately we missed out on the fun finale because a puzzle in the middle stumped us for about 15 minutes because the pieces were not logically connected. With a little better puzzle design this would get a big thumbs up.

Of all the MER rooms, this game was one of the better. Very linear, simple and straightforward. Some puzzle 🧩 types weren’t our favorites. If you want a classic game check this out.

This room has an interesting premise and the puzzling was relatively straightforward. We needed one hint on something that felt a bit convoluted, but were able to figure out everything else pretty well. The story was fun and well thought out throughout the room and we had a pretty good time.

I’m a fairly experienced player (have played nearly 80 games), and this was hands down the worst room I’ve ever played. It didn’t flow at all. The puzzles didn’t really make much sense, and the GM was terrible. She gave vague clues that didn’t really help (and in some cases, she made it worse because her “guidance” wasn’t correct/was contradictory). She seemed irritated that we even needed help at all. In most rooms, I rarely need to ask for any hints — maybe one or two nudges and that’s it. But in this room, we needed to ask for help on almost every single puzzle. Also, the room didn’t have a timer showing in the room nor did it have any sounds that helped you keep track of time. So in addition to it being a terrible room with a terrible GM, you had to keep track of your time yourself. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve done over 60 rooms and this was by far the worst room I’ve ever played. None of the puzzles made sense or flowed well. Any attempts at asking for a clue was met with vague and incorrect hints that still made no sense. It didn’t help that the game master sounded uninterested and angry that we needed help. Avoid this room and possibly the entire place!

“In the latter part of the game a prop was implemented really well to give us that surprising ending.“
