This game was really cute and had authentic decor and theming. There were some great puzzles but a few took a leap of logic. Maybe we just missed the signposting but felt we were standing around not knowing what to do next for quite a bit of time. To be fair there were a couple of brilliant puzzles that we thoroughly enjoyed. We felt the hosting was poor though. The member of staff let us in was really pleasant but the GM was completely lacking in any enthusiasm or engagement. The tone was strange from the outset where we were put in a room with another team where we were given a number and received a joint briefing. We were then referred to as ‘team 3’ throughout. This was even written on our certificate on completion. I really think they ought to consider a staggered start, individual briefings, using team names and some chat after the game. All that aside, it really is a fun game.
