Our group of three had a good time with this one. The good: The puzzles are straight forward, some parts are non-linear (which we like), and teamwork is important for some of the solving. The bad: The room is somewhat small (we were bumping into each other a bit with our team of 3 - I can't image groups larger than that!), and some of the puzzles are a little bit of a grind. I would say the difficultly of the room is on the easier side, as we only asked for 1 hint on the day. The ugly: We completed our room and no one noticed until well after 10 minutes were gone and we decided to leave - must have been a busy day!
Gameplay
We all agreed the puzzles were "fair", all of them could be solved without help with enough time.
Atmosphere
I especially liked the lighting of the room, dark enough to give it atmosphere but not so dark that you couldn't see without a flashlight.
Customer service
The staff was all up beat and good-natured, but you could tell they were understaffed on this day.
