This experience was a let down for me. Part of it was expecting an escape room and instead getting a guided experience. Our host tried his best to try and make it enjoyable but can clearly see he was following a script that seemed to be for kids. And instead of breaking that and trying to enjoy himself with us he just stuck to it and made for a lackluster experience in that regards. Amazing props and you feel like you're going 20,000 leagues down and some of the puzzles were interesting, but not what I wanted out of the room.

This experience was more guided experience than escape room. The company has since expanded to other locations which are more escape room. This however has a guide with you explaining the scenario and filling in knowledge gaps, possibly even taking control or giving instructions to move the story along so you don't delay the group behind you. Especially helpful if no one in your group has the prior/outside knowledge for any of the puzzles. The rooms are well dressed, immersive, and very interactive. Though none of the puzzles are very challenging as it was designed primarily with kids and families in mind.

I’m absolutely blown away that a game like this could have ever existed. This game absolutely redefined the escape room universe. It had some of the best sets I’ve seen in my life, replayable puzzles, incredible special effects, and an ending that made me feel like I was on a theme park ride. This game was absolutely revolutionary and I do hope it comes back in some form.
