THE TEMPLE is Vienna’s first feature film length escape experience. It employs a number of innovative concepts and effects to create a new level of immersion and storytelling. It is a dark mystery adventure with some slight horror elements. Make sure your e-mail is entered correctly, when completing your booking, as you may receive communication from the archeological team a few days prior to your excavation.

An immersive escape room with a great story. I highly recommend this room. We did run into a technical issue, but the game master handled it quickly without disrupting the flow too much! Thanks to her!

A brand-new and very elaborate room. For us as frequent players, the gameplay was incredibly smooth and a lot of fun! Some of the puzzles were complex and a bit challenging, but never too difficult. We didn’t need any hints. A tablet—which was part of the game and kept displaying short videos—made the experience even more immersive! A real highlight in Vienna.

A few days before the game, we were sent a video with an introduction to the story—at the end, it says where we’re supposed to meet. But that’s not right; you don’t have to look for a specific location, but just go directly to the host as usual. That’s where the game starts. It’s a shame, because it’s unclear and confusing.

One of the best room we had played so far. 5* A very wide range of different riddles, great atmosphere, a bit spooky, very immersive. We would definitely recommend.
