Enchantment

Room was pretty good. A decent implementation of a common theme. Not gonna blow your socks off but we weren't disappointed either. Staff was great though. VERY LGBTQ friendly. Leo was great.

Good escape room for beginners and people just getting escape rooms. It flowed well the only thing that could have been better is that some of the puzzle clues were faded and hard to read. Go in a small group and you will have fun

Really simple and easy puzzles. Great for beginners, not so great for experienced people. Room was a bit lackluster and it definitely felt like a waste as we completed it in half the allotted time with 2 beginners and 2 experienced. One room, so that was disappointing.

Good room, but if you’ve been to the San Mateo Red Door location the room is designed very similarly to “Once Upon a Time” with overlapping puzzles. Cutesy but also relatively easy.

Very disappointed that this was just a single room. Felt like a waste of time.

This one room escape room was really cute! We enjoyed it a lot. There were a few puzzles that could have been planned a bit better, but overall, the easy experience was enchanting and we enjoyed ourselves.

Cute theme, some decent puzzle mechanics and some older ones. Very easy tho
