The Mysterious Malini is one of the greatest magicians of his time. You and your group were supposed to be attending The Mysterious Malini’s latest performance to see your friend Lucy perform as his assistant, but you have instead discovered that he is a murderer! After noticing that your friend has gone missing and trying to discover the whereabouts of your friend, Malini has locked you in the parlor and you now have only 60 minutes until the performance ends and he returns and you meet the same fate as your friend!

Okay. This room is bad. The sounds effects many reviews "rave" about are distracting and overwhelming. The puzzles are simple and sad. At one point we "beat" the room and skipped 3 key puzzles and the game master didn't even realize it til she was explaining stuff. The theming is sloppy and it's way too dark in the room for no reason. The reason I'm so harsh is because there are simple fixes and it just appears lazy. The rooms are huge btw, it'd be a good for a large group but the rooms are large and somewhat empty and they feel empty. Hence why I'm saying theming is bad.

The best summary of my experience: it’s fine. Was I blown away? Nope. Was I ripped off? Can’t say that I was. Would I spend money here again? Highly unlikely.

The room was fun but the clues given & attention given from the employee left a bad taste in our mouth. We wish we could’ve been able to solve the final puzzle ourselves but that was taken from us. Before that, we enjoyed the room & we were having a good time.

The staff was welcoming upon arrival & was nice but the reason I give a thumbs down was because they didn’t really pay attention to us going through the puzzles. We got onto the last puzzle with a lot of time left & had only been on the puzzle for about 3 minutes when the employee just sent us the answer without us asking for the clue. It really soured the experience.
