Academic Misconduct

The ambiance here is peak. You are immediately greeted by super friendly and energetic staff who set the fun tone right away. The set design here is immaculate! That combined with the fun music made for our puzzle solving experience to be full of merriment and joy. The way that the lockers were painted were beyond incredible, with each one having its own distinct character. The puzzles were fairly easy, but the theming was so much fun it kept us moving quickly throughout.

One of our favorite Escape Rooms for sure! You can see they have put a lot of time and effort into setting the scene, you for sure felt right back at High School. The puzzles were very thought through and fun to solve! The staff was absolutely amazing and we, of course, could not leave without a bunch of their baked goods. 10/10

Every time we do one of their rooms we LOVE them and think they can’t get any better! But somehow Academic Misconduct was all of our favorites! The tech in this room was insanely cool and so interactive and fun!! Lots to do and you won’t believe how creative they get with where puzzle pieces are and what objects are involved! Almost 40 rooms deep and this is top 3 easily for me. Highly recommend!!

Super fun and high tech.

I rate this experience a 3/5 (ck out my bio for my rating system). I think this room has potential for a higher rating considering it was the opening weekend. I would love to give it a higher score! The set design/theme easily earned 2 points. It was very evident that they put a lot of love and energy into this room and business. I gave the puzzles 1 point so basically average. The problem was they just weren't intuitive enough. I understand the room is non-linear so multiple people can work on puzzles at once but it was just challenging to figure out what to do at all! I find these types of rooms require much more hints and even though they called them 'nudges' when we didn't ask for a hint, they gave a lot! When a room needs many hints or 'nudges', it just becomes more frustrating than enjoyable. There's no flow just a solve and screech to a halt kinda experience. For this reason, I deducted a point for enjoyment. They ended up extending our time because as I said, it was opening weekend and they were realizing the room probably needed a 90 minute escape time. I do love the bakery aspect of the business! What a great idea because even when we finish all the experiences there, I could definitely see myself coming back for a treat! The macarons were delectable!
