Confectionary Conspiracy

First things first, what a cool experience! An escape room combined with a bakery is a fantastic premise. The people here radiate warmth and kindness. We are driving through and decided to stop and do all of their rooms and we were instantly greeted with peppy kindness. GM Marley is so insanely nice! First, the awesome parts of this room. The set design is immaculate, and it feels super fun and realistic to be operating in. The people here are insanely kind and helpful when we asked for hints. The puzzles were super fun! The only thing that was somewhat frustrating was that when some puzzles were solved it was difficult to figure out what exactly we should do next.

This room was well thought out and very fun to play. Definitely exceeded my groups standards and would 100% recommend to people in the future.

Very difficult

I rate this escape experience a 3/5 (ck out my bio page for my rating system). This is the second room I've done at this business and once again, I am quite impressed with the set and design of the room. I would give this category 2 points but, unfortunately, the theme was not implemented well. I had an idea about the theme but my husband questioned that it was actually the theme (I don't want to give it away, hence the ambiguity). IMO, the theme should be clear by the end of the experience. In addition, the ending did not coincide with what I thought the theme was and was also a bit anti-climatic. There were some fun puzzles and clues but nothing particulary novel. The GM gave a lot of 'nudges' which often leads me to conclude the puzzles are not intuitive nor flow well. I'm not sure we technically escaped with all the 'nudges' he gave us. In addition, they gave us a pen and paper in one part of the room but we could have used that in the first part of the room where math was involved! 😆 I did enjoy the room but due to the lack of flow in the puzzles and ambiguous theme, I would give it 1 point for my enjoyment of the experience. This was only their first week being open, so I'm sure they will work out the kinks and improve, but even if they don't, it's still a worthwhile experience... ESPECIALLY if you enjoy treats since there is also a bakery at the establishment with AMAZING macarons! The staff is energetic and super friendly as well!

Probably one of the best modern escape rooms we have ever done. Made you think outside of the box on most of the puzzles and things linked very well together. They definitely put a lot of thoughts in this room. We will be booking future events as soon as possible. We had so much fun and definitely recommend.

One of the best escape rooms we’ve ever done! We’re already booking the next weekend for the next room! They are so friendly and it was the BEST experience! Top notch props and room decor. And an amazing bakery! We tried their Crème Brûlée and blackberry tarts- they were to die for! They even have really cool merch and tshirts for all of their rooms! We bought one for each room for our daughter because we couldn’t pick just one! Seriously cannot recommend them enough! Fun for the whole family!

This room really peaked my interest and exceeded expectations! Highly recommended for experienced escapers! Challenging and fun!
