The 1800s California gold rush was a time when just about anyone could get lucky with a fortune. No one knew this better than your recently deceased relative, Clyde Hamilton. Though he’s since passed, the prospector left behind quite a pretty penny in gold. As his surviving next of kin, he’s offered you a chance to claim the gold fortune as an inheritance for yourself…if you can find it! You’ve only got 60 minutes to get into Clyde’s cabin and take the gold stash before news of the fortune reaches other greedy ears in town…

Extremely linear. Couple puzzles were obtuse or hard to do. Good set design. Don’t do with more than 4 ideally.

We've done this multiple times now, with different groups - just adults, single family, group of kids. It's a really fun beginner room. It flows well, and the puzzles and mechanisms are varied. It's a great introduction to escape rooms. Pro-level escape room players would find easy, but for everyone else and especially beginners, I think it's great. Plus, I really love rooms that have a physical/mechanical mechanism, and this one has a carnival rifle target shooting mechanism that's cool.

With a group with young kids or beginners it feels just right. With a group of experienced players this would be on the easier side.

Really great set design. Some original ideas in here but the last part of the room is very search & count heavy and there is also a pure logic puzzle where you basically just have to do math, which is my least favorite type of puzzle.
