At the esteemed Wizard’s Academy, the Forbidden Chamber is shrouded in mystery, housing powerful artifacts known as the gems of fire. These gems, protected by an ancient serpent, are said to grant immense power. Over the years, many curious wizards have ventured into the chamber, drawn by the promise of strength, only to disappear without a trace, lost to the serpent's grasp. Now, a dark force has awakened, and the serpent's influence threatens to engulf the academy. As a group of aspiring wizards, your mission is to summon the power of the elder wizards who once sealed the serpent away. You must navigate hidden passages, solve ancient puzzles, and gather the necessary spells to defeat this foe. Time is running out—can you harness the wisdom of the ancient wizards and banish the serpent before it unleashes chaos upon the magical world?

I really wanted to like this room. It was a really interesting concept, but unfortunately it was poorly executed. The introduction video at the begining was poor quality, and it was obvious the actor was reading the script then and there. Didn't look up from the book once. A lot of the puzzles were unintuitive as well, and it was difficult to tell what they did once completed, as if solving a puzzle in one spot unlocked something in the other corner of the room with no connection at all. There was also a audio recording clue, but the audio quality was poor and no one in our team was able to easily make out what it was saying. There was also a digital component that worked poorly, and we spent a good 5-10 minutes trying to get it to work. Unfortunately I can't recommend this room to other teams.

They seemed understaffed. Everytime we asked for a clue, it took a good few minutes for an answer, and it was often unrelated to what we were working on, as if the gamemaster wasn't actually watching what we were doing.
Particularly interesting or different
No
Story
There honestly didn't seem to be a story to it. If there was one, I don't remember now (the morning after)
Difficulty
Hard
It was hard only because the puzzles didn't connect to each other well. If it was planned better, it would have been a more interesting, fun room.
Ideal number of players

I can't see this room being done with less than two people with how some of the puzzles worked. One person could pull it off in theory, but there would be a lot of running back and forth.

Was anything broken?
Yes
There was one puzzle door that the foam prop on it was broken, so my team avoided that spot until we were told that it was infact part of the puzzle.

Accessibility
Not very accessible. All four team members in my group use glasses, which hindered at least two of the puzzles we did. There was also a doorway we had to pass through that would be difficult to pass through if we're used mobility aids.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were hooked! The atmosphere was immersive, the puzzles were clever, and the attention to detail made us feel like we were part of a real adventure. Every clue had us working together, laughing, and racing against the clock in the best way possible. The staff was welcoming and enthusiastic, which made the experience even better. Whether it’s your first escape room or your tenth, this place delivers the perfect mix of challenge and fun. We walked out buzzing with excitement — and we’re already planning our next visit!
