The terrible escape room at the worst escape room business. Props broken, tiny room, terrible staff, room wasn’t reset.

Not a great experience. Overall the room was in disrepair - paint had chipped off of key setpieces, some puzzles were entirely broken and had been removed from the game. Thematically the room did not flow at all, with many puzzle solutions being completely disconnected from their keypads and locks. The GM seemed uninterested in feedback or improvement.
Flow is not great, pretty much every puzzle solution is a keypad code but the places you find the solutions are never connected thematically or physically to the keypad you need to enter them. So every time you find a new code you have to try on every one of six different keypads to find the right one
The atmosphere was generally fine, there were a few cool props - although the GM informed us at the start that a few of the puzzles were broken and had been removed from the game temporarily
GM seemed very disinterested in feedback, my every recommendation was met with apathy or a statement that a lot of teams agreed with me, but no expressed interest in changing or improving the experience in any way
