Playground

It was good- there was a large quantity of puzzles to solve. Nothing was too hard, just a lot to do- but also a very good variety.

The game master was amazing and we love replaying this room!

It was so fun! We had 5 people and it was the optimal number. Our GM, Anderson, was amazing! We were celebrating a birthday and graduation and while we finished, Anderson made us cards! The playground was a bit different than the pictures, but we still enjoyed it.

I’ve played almost all of the rooms at The Escape Game, and this one is one of my favorites. Although it’s listed as their easiest room, the sheer number of puzzles makes it a challenge if your group is the right size. We had a group of three experienced players and absolutely loved the pacing and difficulty. The puzzles were satisfying with a a few novel twists, and the theming was top notch (like almost all of The Escape Game’s other rooms). Overall, I’d rate this as an 8.5/10

I expected a lot when I booked the room and I think it would have been a lot better if the mechanisms worked as expected. Instead, we were able to get several puzzles without actually completing them. It was quite chaotic at times and the fact that you're playing with strangers makes it even harder to get into the flow of things.

I did this room a few years ago, and it’s still my favorite room I’ve ever done. Fun, silly, and surprising in the most delightful way. I love all of the rooms I’ve done from The Escape Game, but this one is really top tier!

This company is by far my favorite. This room was large and had a high number of puzzles. It was really hard to get everything done with just 2 people but we had a fabulous time. Colorful and great design.

Big group is required and much more enjoyable.

Did this one with a large group of newbies, and everyone absolutely loved it! As other reviews have noted, the non-linear nature of the game means that everyone can be working on something at the same time, so no one is ever bored, and if you get stuck on one puzzle, you can easily switch to working on another one. The set and story were also very immersive. This is a game that we would definitely do again, and either work on different puzzles (since there are so many different ones to choose from), or just nerf ourselves in general to have the chance to do it all over again with a new group.
