An old room that's falling apart. They spent all their time and money on the atmosphere (oh look! our room rattles just like a subway car!) and none on, you know, actual puzzles. Second worst room I've ever played in 300+ rooms. So bad we had another room scheduled and we walked out without playing it. Customer service was horrible. At one point we were asking for a hint and they didn't respond to us for over five minutes. None of the (VERY few) puzzles chain together with any sort of logic. Important signs or labels are faded to nothing, making figuring out next steps impossible. The entire company seems to be dying.

There are two long flights of stairs to get to the game. I didn't see any ADA accomadations. I don't think anyone with impairment will be able to play. They are the lucky ones.
