Very immersive prison experience, with physical and mental challenges that demanded teamwork from the beginning. The sound scape added pressure to our experience.

Many consider Prison Break our most difficult escape room. Players are split into two different prison cells and must work together to get out of a 1950s style prison. A successful escape will include a sneaky trip to the warden’s office. An unsuccessful escape will land you in prison forever. Yes, those are real prison toilets….what can we say? We are obsessed with creating realistic environments.

Absolutely fantastic room! Large and each set piece more interesting than the last, though the ending was anticlimactic. Make sure you go with a large group you know, or else your group will be put with a group of strangers who spam the hint button every five minutes…regardless, the atmosphere was amazing.

It is possible to complete this game with 2 people. I think anything more than 4 would be hard to maneuver. The set designs were fun. One of the puzzles was incredibly inorganic leaving is feeling stumped!

You do have to crawl through a hole as well as pull a cart and throw balls into a basket
There is a tunnel to crawl through but you can open a door right after to let someone through. There was a light puzzle with blue, green, and red lights.

Completed with 2 people, which I think is the right number. Lower tech than some other Escape Game rooms but there were still a lot of fun puzzles.

We’ve done every room these guys offer and also a couple in Myrtle Beach. Great quality, friendly game masters, and fun puzzles all in an immersive experience. The only downside would be your chances of going with just your group are slim. We are competitive so we typically like to stay private but it’s still always great experience nonetheless. This one will require good communication between players.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves, we had an easier time solving than we expected, but this is a corporate “for all” company set in The Foundry, so kind of expected that. Make a plan to spend more time around The Foundry if you’ve never been, it made our experience more enjoyable being able to grab food and beer after. And just people watch. This is going to be a let down if you are experienced and are looking for a challenge or to see something you’ve never seen before in a room. There was one aspect I thought was so silly and out of place involving a tube and blower, and it made me lose it (in a good “having fun” kind of way. It did feel short, and if you want the challenge, make sure to tell your GM to not give too many hints.
The puzzles were intuitive and did flow nicely. You start out separated in two prison cells, you cannot see your teammates and it was slightly difficult to communicate. I wish there was a peep hole to look through, but we weren’t in there for long. Lots of key and combo locks, however there is some tossing things and sliding things back and forth (at the beginning) which was novel to me.
This is definitely a corporate escape place, and it’s very new still. It felt sterile compared to some of the other more horror themed rooms, but it is immersive. For for all ages.
Great game master, answered all our questions. A little quick with hints, which may have been for the better as some puzzles had some flaws in them. She gave us a sneak peek at another room that she said was way more tech involved than this room, so we are excited to try that one out.

One thing came loose, and one of the puzzles was difficult to use even though we knew what we were trying to accomplish. Everything else was pristine (maybe to a fault? This is a prison after all)
