60 escape rooms
Not so much "solve puzzles" and more "listen to the voice narration and do what it says." The set and prop design are amazing. The game design is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I loved Wizard Trials, liked Insane Asylum, but I would skip this one. If we didn't have to wait for the narrator to tell us what to do and everything worked, we would have "solved" this room in about 15 minutes.
Gameplay
Illogical, not fun, felt like I was on a very poor guided tour of an art instillation.
Atmosphere
Some of the best atmosphere in the first room. Which is a shame.
Customer service
The canned hint system only works when your GM is paying attention. Ours clearly as not.

Kids might like it? You get led by the voiceover most of the game.
Was anything broken?
Yes
A time sink "puzzle" that required coordinated timing had critical elements that didn't work. Leading to repeated tries of a puzzle that made me want to smash something. Other puzzles that didn't work with the correct solution on the first attempt.
