You’ve been summoned—alone, in secret. Mr. Matthews, the eccentric leader of the Keepers of Balance, has one obsession: The Galaxy Core. It’s no longer safe, and only you can retrieve it. Armed with strange gear and an aging submarine, you plunge into the depths of a hidden ocean realm to retrieve a lost artifact. And when you return, ask yourself: What did you really bring back with you? The Galaxy Core awaits. But so does the cost.

Truly an amazing room. Excellent use of space, physical puzzles, and story. The finale is quite adrenaline pumping! Puzzles were well crafted and made us feel like reliving Legends of the Hidden Temple! Only complaint is while it looks like they have a lounge set up to enjoy snacks and beer, they were never offered or explained to us. We were given ice cream for the birthday celebration, but had to remind them and felt like we were really impeding their time constraints. It’s a huge space, so perhaps it’s just that they haven’t figured out how to accurately use it all. Despite that it was still an awesome experience and we can’t wait to do the other rooms.

The submarine was amazing, felt like a Disney ride! Atlantis was gorgeous and ethereal. More physically challenging than Temple of Light. Would recommend playing this room first to better appreciate it's beauty before experiencing the over the top extra-ness of Temple.
Sarah was wonderful, and Connor was the perfect embodiment of his role.

If anyone else had created this room, it would be considered an excellent room, but I think our expectations were so high after previously playing Temple of Light, that we felt a little let down by this room. Was it a bad room? No. Was it a phenomenal room? Also no. It has an excellent set, which is where Keepers of Balance really shines, but the actual game play was just ok, tarnished somewhat by game masters nudging us despite the fact that we escaped with ~20 minutes to spare. I did not hate this room. I had fun, but after driving 18 hours to play it, i'd be lying if I said we weren't a little disappointed. I hate to say that because we really like Keepers of Balance's vibe, but players beware: This is not Temple of Light.
We didn't find the gameplay if this room to be anything noteworthy. It was pretty standard escape room play in an excellent set.
If there's one thing Keepers of Balance does right, it's atmosphere. The sets are top-notch with thematic lighting effects and excellent sound.
We arrived 15 minutes early and after completing everything needed for registration and letting staff know we were there, we were stuck waiting until 5 minutes after our scheduled start time and then felt rushed through the first couple minutes of the room. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the tech or they were running a bit behind, but we were a bit confused. Other than that the GMs at KoB are ok. They're friendly and play their roles to the best of their abilities.
It's not clear whether or not the kiosk in the waiting room failed to alert GMs that we were there, or if they were just running behind.

This room is phenomenal! I would highly recommend it and definitely make a reservation ahead of time because it will be sold out; it is that good!! The scene is amazing, the game master is phenomenal, and the puzzles were fun to play, great to decipher, and unique.

What a fun place! Great room! Make sure two people are able to climb. Very physical and we loved that.

Best submarine/Ocean room I’ve played. Some really cool puzzles I had not seen before. This room is physical and has some tight spots but fit with what we were supposed to be doing. Really great room.

This was an awkward one. While the puzzles were fine (nothing spectacular), they seemed too far between and even random (one of the first intro puzzle's solution is just bizarre and at least prepared us to lower expectations for what followed). This lacks the detail of Quest in some pretty obvious ways (MINOR spoiler: the periscope shows the same image regardless of whether the submarine is in the depths or on the surface. For such a production-level this was surprising - and actually confusing if you notice it!). The acting we had wasn't on the same level we were expecting post-Quest, too, so everything felt a bit lackluster. If you can... play this before Quest.

This was my favorite room at this location because of its creative use of space and the overall fun experience it provided. One section can feel quite tight, so I wouldn’t recommend more than four players. Be prepared for some climbing and crawling if that’s a concern for your group. The beginning of the game felt a bit arbitrary and oddly executed, but once it got going, the room really found its stride. The core gameplay is where this room truly shines.

Another super immersive adventure from The Keepers of Balance! I will come back for every room this company creates. This one had a beautiful atmosphere and fun effects. It is quite physical and someone in your party will need to be able to climb and crawl. My party of 2 had a fun time with Parker and Connor as our guides! I especially love the ending!
