This was ok. Overall, it wasn’t anything spectacular. Just needs a little attention. Some puzzles were new. Others weren’t very well done.

Fun game. A little challenging but overall an fun beginner level experience.

Theme and deco was fun! Gameplay frustrating at times - one puzzle in particular at the beginning wasn’t logical so we needed a hint. Staff friendly and one tech puzzle in particular was a neat one I’d never seen before. Even experienced enthusiasts might get frustrated but ask for a clue and enjoy the theme/gameplay without getting frustrated.

This experience was just blah. Very low tech and the decor was plain Jane. It’s good for like 10 years ago but they really need to step up their sets to keep up with the industry. Cute lobby clean bathroom - staff very very low energy.

It was basic square rooms with a little ambience. It had ok decorations but nothing that wow’s you. One of the rooms literally had 1 thing in the center

I mean the guy who greeted us literally never smiled. His eyes were half closed and his hair was all messed up like he just rolled out of bed. He was not mean but not excited to see his guests or anything. Never asked for a review, didn’t ask if we wanted to try any other tok A. Just very blah and quiet. When we won nothing great just good job…… did you have fun? That’s it.

Well, it was nice and enjoyable but my escape room best friend and I felt that the Once upon an escape rooms are not for beginners. At least have 10 rooms minimum under your belt before attempting these rooms.

One of my favorite Disney movies and this experience didn’t disappoint. It took a bit to get the vibes going but trust me, when you get to it, the room becomes magical. Puzzles are different from other escape rooms but helped to make this one feel more challenging just because you have to think differently.

Mixed feelings about this room. There wasn’t much in the terms of pre-game for the room. Just kind of threw us in to the room. The room was decorated well. Not my favorite. Some parts were frustrating as they didn’t work correctly the first go but it’s tech and it happens. But it’s just meh.
