Sweet Escape

Possibly the worst escape room we have ever played. Most of the puzzles did not work, it was clunky, old and generally outdated. Played only because it came recommended from someone as a 'harder room'. I wish we had a better experience but ultimately, I do not recommend.

This is a solid and aesthetic room! I think the puzzles for the rooms very good but there were times when I had unlocked something but the next step was not apparently clear. Overall nothing particular stood from other rooms but still a solid and challenging room!

Gwen Stefani is that you? The newest edition to Trapt’s lineup, we play tested this a couple days before opening. The room starts off really solid with really intuitive puzzles and some fun little moments. The sweet scent throughout the room is a really nice touch also. After working through into the second part of the room things took a bit of a downward turn. Some puzzles that didn’t make a great amount of sense, a strange non-linearity and some dissatisfying solves. Really took the air out of what was shaping up to be a good room. We spent upwards of 15 minutes on one puzzle that we weren’t able to solve yet. In a 50 minute experience these sort of issues can be super frustrating. Sweet Escape has potential to be a really solid room but as of right now is in desperate need of some adjustments. Particularly surrounding the flow and linearity. Also please don’t use AI “art” in rooms.

The Sweet Escape" is a song by American singer Gwen Stefani from her 2006 second solo studio album of the same name. It was written by Stefani, Aliaune "Akon" Thiam and Giorgio Tuinfort, and produced by the latter two. Akon, who is also a featured artist, developed the song's beat before collaborating with Stefani. He designed it based on her previous work with No Doubt, and Stefani later commented that it put her "on the yellow brick road to the No Doubt record I might do".
