The Wine Vault

The room was ok, some clever puzzles and decent atmosphere. Though one of the keypads was not working and they interrupted our game play with many unrequested clues. However, the staff, while very friendly, was very overbearing. We arrived 10 minutes early for our room and then sat in the lobby being bombarded with rules and over explanation of the locks, and a meandering rambling explanation of the story. 25 minutes later we were finally led into the room. Once we were in the room we watched another video explaining the room rules and locks followed by a very poorly produced video intro of the room. I felt exhausted by the time we finally started. The staff was very friendly just not very professional. The 25 minutes of meandering exposition could be replaced with a 30 second rules video and a 60 second plot video. That should be more than enough to explain even to a beginner escape room patron. It was not all bad, they did have some nice touches. It was out friends birthday and she received a card from the staff.

The room is fine. Game master and owners spends way too much time explaining the rules and there’s few things more frustrating than being over- explained how locks work. Happened on both rooms we’ve played at this location. Lots of self promotion for average rooms. The theming here is nice and it’s a spacious room with adequate puzzles. I wouldn’t rave about it but it was fun. Same for their science lab room.

We enjoyed this room. Our favorite part was the homemade glass wine bottle puzzle. Puzzles here are linear. Online recommends four people or more, but we did it with 2 without issue. The game master was very responsive, you get unlimited clues, and they also chime in if they think you need a hint to ensure you can finish the room. They also offer drinks while you play here.

Great local escape room business. The theming and story for the Wine Vault was well done. It had some unique puzzles that did not involve padlocks. Game master was helpful and they gave us extra time to complete the room in a funny way- they would mention the cops got stuck in traffic, went out for donuts, etc. Overall a great experience and would recommend this game.

Love this place. Staff is great. This one was really challenging with just 2. Really fun though!!

Super fun room! A ton of puzzles!

This is by far one of the coolest rooms I’ve seen! The puzzles were so much fun and I loved the story line. The best part was a personalized touch they have that really made the room feel catered to you.
