The deranged minister of Crickley Church decided to kill his entire congregation after their confessions convinced his twisted mind that they had, among themselves, committed the 7 Deadly Sins. After inciting a curse on the children playing in the rooms beneath the church he buries himself alive in the church’s hidden crypt, while promising to haunt the church forevermore. Now it’s up to you to locate the hidden crypt, find the dagger, and drive it through the heart of the evil minister before time runs out. Then, and only then, you will be saved and destroy the curse forever.

Set was great. Definitely created appropriate atmosphere for game. Had good time. Very challenging.

Can easily get caught up on one puzzle but overall great if you like a serious challenge.

The theme and the gameplay didn’t really match. Game was decent but when we requested a clue we waited a long time before having to actually leave the room to get someone to give us a clue. This particular location seems to have a staffing issue as this happened at our only other visit to this woodlands location as well.
Some puzzles were quite a stretch
I feel this place is never staffed correctly. We requested a clue and waited for 3 minutes, which is a long time in a timed room. I had to exit the room and go find someone to get our clue.

Not sure what the 7 deadly sins theme had to do with anything in the room. Thought the theme/name would have factored more into the gameplay.

This was a bit of a difficult room and we almost didn’t finish. Most of the puzzles are straightforward enough, though towards the end of the room there are certain leaps of logic you need to make. I think my biggest complaint about the room is how little the theme relates to the puzzles.

This game was meh to me. I thought some of the puzzles were good but they really border on knowing how the puzzle works in order to figure it out since you need to go look at things found in different rooms. It was fun but when you have to say “how in the world would we know that we had to do that kind of math” really kills immersion. But it was still a fun and jam packed room.
