Scorched

I got to do this before it closed and it’s tough to rate because, it had clearly been in dire need of refurbishment. It was still fun but we couldn’t help think about how much better it could have been, had it been properly maintained. Overall it was very inspired and really engaging, just brought down by its lack of maintenance

A little warm, a little tight, a little low. If you want to test your relationships and how well you work under stress? This is a game for you! I can definitely see this game ruining relationships. This one is definitely about the experience.

Our team’s favorite room and the room by which other rooms are judged. We played a few years ago and I’ve read that the room now needs some TLC but it was once spectacular.

Overall very fun. Played with a group of 4 that were awesome to play with.

Outstanding! So totally immersed, so much tension didn't even need jump scares or live actor, element affects were spot on, could use more puzzle or props, but heat, fog, and set design was amazing.

Scorched seems like it's seen better days but it's still a very fun room to play. I think it's just lacking maintenance and could be perfect with some TLC. Only rating thumbs down because I think a lot of these issues could be fixed fairly fast but it's obvious that some parts of the game have been broken for a while and have gotten worse with time. The game is interesting and makes you think, plus the staff is funny and helpful!

Cool atmosphere- not a lot of puzzles and really not that difficult.

This room is the perfect testament that you don’t need a lot of fancy puzzles or decorations to create a memorable experience. The pacing is great and the puzzles, while rather simple, make the experience feel like you are in a race against time to escape an actual house. Cailey was a fantastic GM, even taking time to show the control room and explain the thought process behind the design and puzzles in the room.
