I would not recommend, from the start staff were lazy and not attentive. The room was small with limited/low tech and numerous puzzles were broken. Staff rushed us out at the end of the game.
Gameplay
The room did not flow well. Random objects/steps were needed for things without any lead or explanation.
Atmosphere
Numerous props/objects did not work. Room was extremely small and not very immersive.
Customer service
The staff were not welcoming and not attentive. Our GM disappeared, a new GM assisted but didn't know the game and could not give us a hint due to lack of knowledge. The timer and clue screen didn't work, we didn't know how much time we had. The GM said they were busy helping other groups but no one else was there.

The screen did not work so we couldn't see how much time we had, GM could not display hint on the screen and had to enter the room. Numerous puzzles were broken, the GM had to enter to give us objects.
