A very ambitious escape room with a lot of rooms and well designed puzzles to figure out.
Gameplay
Very linear, but well constructed and fun transitions between rooms.
Atmosphere
Some excellent room transitions and very good set design considering how big it was!
Customer service
The butler who greeted us was excellent and played the part wonderfully.
Story
You can kind of tell where it's going fairly early on, but it's well implemented.

Some of the puzzles were challenging, but the linearity meant you always had all the information close to hand.
