Cabin Cult

This room is goated- up there with the likes of The Cool Space and Cipher Rooms. Mega immersive, great puzzle design, story and the usual things you look for in an escape room. But, this room goes above and beyond the typical escape room. The horror-comedy element was sensational (even for someone like me who doesn’t do well with horror and barely got through The Sacrifice). It was campy, fun, iconic, engaging, and genuinely made it feel like a safe place to let your hair down. Tanner brings a lot of love and joy to his performance and you really feel the difference when the GMs design and build. He’s curated something truly special and added something to the market that I feel many of us escape room enthusiasts didn’t know we needed. The location just off Oxford Street means it’s easily accessible by bus, train, metro with a short walk. Looking forward to more of their offerings and really hope the community here rallies to support them as they are away from the CBD cluster of escape room providers that get a lot more foot traffic. Where spooky/campy meets heartfelt. I ADORE this provider.

11/10 hands down the best escape room I've been in. so much care and heart was put into this room. very scary and campy hilarious fun. puzzles were very varied and of a very good difficulty. the owners were loooovely. I enjoyed the hard work they put into curating this experience. you have to go.

This was an awesome escape room. Lots of creative puzzles plus Tanner and Will made it 1000x more entertaining. Can't wait for their next room.

Cabin Cult is a spooky delight with a customisable scare level to suit any team. It was a riot from start to finish with a herculean effort seamlessly pulled off by our host. Come for the puzzles (which were great!) and stay for the comedy and thrilling horror. There is a wonderful balance between scares, narrative and puzzles. I enjoyed the lighting choices and the sound design was stacked and fabulous. Come prepared to buy in to what the scare actor is selling to really enhance your experience. It was such a fun romp!

WOW WOW WOW! What an incredible experience! Cabin cult is a meticulously designed, spooky, funny, iconic escape room with great high tech puzzles, a clear story line, and intentional set choices which really got you into the story. We found the puzzles were a perfect difficulty for an intermediate escape room level. We managed to escape and have the third best time. Would highly recommend!!!! Big shoutout to Tanner, he was absolutely incredible! We will definitely definitely be back for their up coming rooms :)

This escape room is truly one of a kind! Every puzzle is brilliantly designed and thoughtfully connected, making the entire experience immersive from start to finish. You can tell the owners are incredibly passionate about what they do, their creativity and attention to detail shine through in every moment. It’s clear they’ve poured their hearts into crafting these amazing rooms. I can’t wait to come back and try the next one!

Overall this room was so immersive and enjoyable I really wish I did Mrs Claws. Its easily is on the same level as seance and ice cream parlour from cool space for my favourite escape room. This room was scary but also super fun to be in. The owner Tanner honestly made the experience, you can see the amount of love and time he put into making the room as well as acting in his role as GM and the live actor. We did it with a group of 6 but I would recommend a smaller group so everyone has more puzzles to do and it can become a bit cramped in some of the rooms with that many people. I would highly recommend those who have done a couple escape rooms to try it out as I only have high praises for this room. Even if it’s your first one just be ready for it to be a somewhat difficult one. Side note: if you want to make the leaderboard you had to do it without hints and under 60 minutes and luckily we were just able to

One of the best rooms I’ve done thus far, Tanner was a great host, very friendly and had amazing hospitality. Let us finish the room even going over time by a little and let us take photos together. Very thought out rooms with loads of passion for every inch gone into building them. It felt like a movie..! 10/10 Love you Betty <3
