Mantis
57 escape rooms
Out of the two rooms at this location, this is the one I liked more despite the other room (Zombie one) having a more immersive set. There was a nice flow with an interesting variety of puzzles. Although the low lighting felt a bit unnecessary at times, you could say it created an atmosphere of sorts. For experienced players, the puzzles are not too challenging. There was a surprise element that can throw you off if you haven't dealt with it before! The gamemaster was attentive and helpful. Overall, it may not be a top-tier offering in terms of set design but it's a good one for new players or if you're an enthusiast looking to check out an escape room in the area.
Gameplay
Had a decent flow. Mostly linear gameplay.
Atmosphere
While I can appreciate low lighting for dramatic effect and visual storytelling, it felt unnecessary here. The overall production value wasn't high but more on the functional side.
