Breathless

So happy to have found this location while in town for a Sun game. We had a blast at both games, just the two of us, and speaking with the owner before, during and after. Lots of fun puzzles and immersion was great. Looking forward to future rooms by Mind Factory!

This set of rooms are very well thought out and challenging. My wife and I did both rooms on the same day and one note, not a spoiler, the games should be played in order of breathless first then invasion. It is designed to be played this way. The creator designed it to be played in this order and it really makes the experience so much better. Very enjoyable and super recommended.

Breathless is something different. I’ve played very few games that I center themselves on a game-changing mechanic. While the game doesn’t necessarily push the limits, in some ways the simplicity of the puzzles make the mechanic more accessible and fun. Mechanically, the game centers itself on information and the key twist, never causing doubt as to what you should be doing or looking for within the context of a puzzle. Varied yet tiered inputs help create a backbone to the game while also providing a diverse collection of interactions, especially when they leaned into the rundown industrial lab aesthetic. While enthusiasts may not enjoy the straightforwardness, especially in the case of a few overly literal puzzles, I think everyone can appreciate the love and care that went into the structure of this room - especially when it interactions with the puzzle design.

I loved this room so much! Mind Factory always give such amazing experiences!! The plot was so much fun. I love the storyline and how the rooms all tell one story. I loved the 2x timer aspect. The puzzles were engaging and layered. The set was super well designed and felt like I was really in a lab! Highly reccomend this room! 9/10!!!

This was a really fun experience that had a few components that we had never experienced before. It was challenging and required a lot of teamwork, but the reward at the end was totally worth the effort. The owner happened to be our game master, and he was great from before we even started to after we completed the room. We will definitely be returning to attempt the other rooms they have.

Had an excellent experience with Breathless! Theme was spot on, puzzles fit - none were extraneous - and made sense with the story. Everything worked and the decor and props were also great. I highly recommend this one!

Another great room. We love this company and the owner is fantastic. I would argue they have the best games in CT in terms of storyline, immersion and challenge. Breathless was an easier room and first in the storyline, but the puzzles really flow and have some unique puzzles/thrills we haven’t had before. Must do rooms if you’re in CT.

Owner was so sweet! The room itself was well designed and thoughtful. Cool elements I haven’t seen often were used which is always a delight 💜
