Another quality room from Surf City. Very good puzzles, fun storyline and great vibes all around. Not my favorite here, but worth the play if you make the trek out. Ben was a great host!

I played all four games today as solo player. Let me first start off by saying what a wonderful company. Every person on the staff was incredible and I was able to meet one of the owners. She was awesome. My game master Joseph, who did all my games was really fun to work with. Every single one of their rooms is well thought out and perfectly executed. They all were extremely different from one another. You can tell the amount of thought that went into each room. If you are a first timer, novice, or experience you have to come to surf city escapes. Sherlock mystery is a fun game for any level. It’s a whodunit type of game. This room will make you go all over the place to figure out clues, which is very engaging. Another 10/10

I rate this escape experience a 3.5/5 (ck out my bio for rating system). The set/theme got 1 pt, average. It was well crafted but nothing too exciting. It was what you would expect for a Sherlock mystery type theme. The puzzles got 1.5 pts. There were quite a few unique ones that I haven't seen before. They weren't too complicated and flowed well for 2 experienced escapers. I also really appreciated how it was made clear when you solved a puzzle. I give it 1 pt for enjoyment. There were a few little surprises with a story line twist!

A fun game with a cool set and very nice props, tech, and audio! Would especially highly recommend for new escapers. Room reveals were fab! Overall, all the games at Surf City Escapes are wonderful and capture the spirit of escape rooms fabulously. Kind and enthusiastic staff too all around!

Sometimes a Sherlock room can feel pretty generic and uninspired, but this is NOT your run of the mill Sherlock room. The theming was intentional and fun, and the puzzles were satisfying and clever. The most I’ve been immersed in a detective game.

Super fun game . Like all of the games at this location it’s a delight to play. Mystery lovers will be pleasantly surprised by all of the great Sherlock references and in-theme puzzles. Some great reveals and just all around fantastic gameplay. Definitely worth a play.
