Overall, a very good room. Similar to other games at this location, the puzzles fit a very narrow set of parameters specific to the designer. The tech was well done and the puzzles were obscure at times, but mostly straightforward. This was one of the more difficult rooms we've played because at times it was a challenge to determine what we were supposed to do next.
Gameplay
The room was semi-uniquely themed (we've only done one other similar to it). In retrospect, it flowed well as we looked back at what we had to do, but there were a few times where we were not sure what came next.
Atmosphere
This room was very immersive, and all of the puzzles supported the theme. The tech was very well done.
Customer service
Our GM (the owner) was outstanding. He interacted with us between rooms and answered questions about how he'd designed the room. His assistance during game play allowed us to successfully escape.

Story
The puzzles all fit the room's "portal" theme, which is to say that in a "portal" anything goes. Most of the puzzles were fun as we attempted to escape the portal.

The puzzles were mostly straightforward. However, even at our level of experience we were challenged with figuring out what came next a number of times. This room has the designer's DNA built in and you need to by synched with his way of thinking to move forward.

Accessibility
There is a point in the game that requires crawling through a confined space, and it wasn't clear if there was a bypass built in like some rooms have. Color definitely played a part in the room.
