The Grey Skull Society has ruled from the shadows for generations, their power sealed in a single ring passed from leader to leader. That ring now lies inside Sanford Bank & Depository—a bank known for protecting the darkest secrets of the criminal underworld. Our original crew spent months planning the perfect heist. They discovered a forgotten sewer line sealed off decades ago… and a hidden access point right here in this maintenance closet of Escape Artists. But just before launch, the team was arrested for another job they did. You’ve got 75 minutes. That’s how long the bank’s security guard is on out. Inside, you’ll face the most advanced mainframe security system 1985 had to offer. Your job: infiltrate the vault, steal the ring, and vanish through the bank’s VIP exit—because coming back through this room would blow our cover.

Fantastic heist room The immersion, the variety and flow were spot on. It also was themed to the 1980s a bit and it really lent itself well to the puzzles and flow (avoiding spoilers) Great staff and welcoming environment. If you haven’t played and Escape Artist room, play one as the blend of linear and non, some standard locks and totally unique were blended throughout Jordan was our GM and was fantastic! Tidbits Fun downtown area Street parking but not too challenging finding a spot Fun things to do in the area This room could easily accommodate 3-4 adult sized humans Warm and welcoming staff

This was such a fun and unique take on the overused and boring bank heist theme. You really felt like robbers trying to break in and then setting off the alarm. I loved the sarcasm and humor with it being an older generation bank. Why we didnt love it is because it felt incomplete- the puzzles were a little too easy although some a little time consuming, and it felt like there should have been more (especially with the staging of the first room). Mostly linear room with no leaps in logic required if you pay attention. Some new puzzles we’ve not done before always keeps it fresh. Great beginner room and for those who have done a lot and want a new take on an old theme but set your expectations and enjoy your time.
Overall flowed well and was fun but felt like there could’ve been more. It seems like they had had more puzzles based on things that are present in the room but took them out which is a shame.
So immersive and not your boring old bank

Need to be light on your feet.
Quite accessible with larger spaces but also some areas are smaller and harder to navigate. Darkish rooms.

I lived that this game carried over from their Secret Society game, which we had played just before this. The sets are really fun, especially the first one. It's much larger and more involved than I was expecting. I loved all the tasks that made me feel like I was really in a heist.
Adds on to the story started in another game. Fun puzzles with inventive cluing and actions. One longer puzzle/task requires more than one person, and good communication, plus being quick and light on your feet. Several puzzles were multi-layered, which always provide great satisfaction when they finally click into place.
Newer, tactile and fun to use props and gadgets. Well done video footage.

Several things we had never seen before, or been asked to do.
The most "bank heist" I have felt in a bank heist game.

Incredible room. Classic Escape Artists non-linear gameplay, and perfectly executed. I appreciate the way this company designs games. Checks most of my boxes for what a good game requires.

I wish this company would incorporate live actors, but it isn't the way they design games, and it works for them. But I think an actor would put their games into TERPECA territory.

While it was impeccably themed and decorated the puzzles were far too easy. This is a 75 minute room and with only two people we finished 25 minutes left. I have not confirmation but it feels like there were more puzzles at the beginning but because the technology portion at the end took people too long they removed many puzzles. I was disappointed by this room as I've done every other one at both locations and this was by far the weakest. Story was also very simplistic.

Plenty of room for multiple people, and appears to be designed for 4. But there isn't enough for 4 people to do things.

This was a fun room. Good room for a larger beginner group. Not my favorite at this location but the GM Jelexia was great. We were in no rush and made it out with 14 mins left.

I hesitated for a long time to give this a negative review because I've always loved Escape Artists but my group just did not enjoy this game. Without spoiling anything, there are parts that just feel frustratingly tedious and the game is very linear, so you can't do anything else. The AI art was also distracting and we thought there must be clues in it—why else use AI art? So we wasted a lot of time staring at that stuff when it was mostly meaningless.

We love Escape Artists and had been awaiting this new room opening. It did not disappoint. We liked that the story was tied to the Gray Skull Society stories from other rooms we had previously played. Light on locks and more high tech, puzzles were fun and at least a couple were very challenging. We play with a team of two and were able to escape with 10 minutes left on the clock. I'm not sure if more people would have helped or hurt (you'll see what I mean if you play). Two thumbs up.
Gameplay was fun and offered some unique challenges. Gameplay was non-linear in some areas so we could work on puzzles simultaneously. Some areas require teamwork and collaboration to be successful.
Theming, sets and props were all top notch and fully immersive. Special effects were great and added a lot to the atmosphere.
Our GM was fun and enthusiastic. I feel terrible that I can't remember her name but she was great.

The story for this room was unique even though it had some bank heist elements and the gameplay reflected that.
Loved that the Gray Skull Society story was continued here. That made the plot memorable and unique to Escape Artists.

Overall medium but one puzzle was HARD. Curious to see if eventually gets tweaked a bit.
