The enigmatic forgotten garden of Hotel Eternia awaits you: an ancient Sanctuary, shrouded in mystery and magic. Its walls hold age-old secrets, enigmatic characters, and challenges that test both mind and courage. Each space is a theatrical scene that blends comedy, fantasy, and playfulness into a one of a kind experience. Although it can be played on its own, those who have already experienced The Hotel will discover here the continuation of the story, connecting pieces that reveal an even deeper plot. This is the most breathtaking immersive experience in Latin America, where adventure and wonder reach a whole new level.

Amazing, interactive, and incredibly immersive! The real highlight was Tito and Cheng’s performances. They were both absolutely brilliant, bringing so much energy, character, and engagement to the experience. Even though it was their first time hosting the game together in English, they were fantastic and worked incredibly well as a team. Their performances really brought El Santuario to life and made the experience unforgettable!

El Santuario is an absolutely incredible immersive experience. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re completely drawn into the world of the story — the atmosphere, attention to detail, and sense of anticipation make you feel like you’ve stepped into another reality. A huge highlight is the live acting. Tito and Cheng were both phenomenal, bringing so much energy, personality, and intensity to their performances. Their interactions made the experience feel genuinely immersive rather than simply being an escape room. Every moment felt carefully crafted, with surprises around every corner and an atmosphere that kept us completely engaged from start to finish. If you’re looking for something beyond a traditional escape room, El Santuario is an absolute must-try. Highly recommended!
