Sorcerer's Revenge

To start, I think this room was conceptually cool. First though we were informed that one of the puzzles were broken so we had to skip that part all together. Secondly, some of the puzzles were just extremely difficult to "get right" if you weren't very precise. This caused us to waste a lot of time even when we doing the puzzle right. Still a cool experience, different from a lot of the typical escape rooms, I just wish it worked a bit better.

Laser puzzle at the beginning wasn't working correctly, after 20 minutes of doing it "right" they had to come in and bang the wall to get the light to move again, and even then the goal points were arbitrary points on the wall instead of the goal positions. Great ideas here, but the mechanical execution needs repair.

The theme was cool but the techniques to complete the "challenges" were hard to complete. Even with how many rooms we've done, we had an extremely hard time and it seemed no matter how much we were doing things right it didn't work.

The word I would give this room is potential. The theme was good and there was something at the end I havnt come across in an escape room before which was awesome, but we had 3 separate puzzles where things just did not work right and so much time was wasted and we even had to have the game master skip one altogether cause we couldn’t complete. The tech used is cool, but it has to function or it just becomes frustrating. Hopefully things can be ironed out because it could be a fun room.
