This was a really nice experience overall! It was a 1 hour experience that was well done, and the location and sets were quite fun too. If you want a spooky immersive theatre experience this one's a solid choice for SF. That said, don't go in expecting an extremely high level of production quality or a very deep story, especially if you've been to other immersive experiences like The Willows or Delusion.
